  Great place to relax and unwind. Lovely kept site and the proprietors can't do enough to help.
  Fire pits available and 1000's of acres of sky.
  Would highly recommend.

  We had a fantastic weekend re-union of friends from around the country. The setting is beautiful with a wonderful view and a very flat, fresh grassy surface to pitch on. The fire pits are sturdy and safe, and thankfully, free to use. Wood and kindling, reasonably priced and in good supply. The hosts Sharon and Ian, very friendly, welcoming and approachable. The loos are clean, and well kept. Even a handy little honesty shop for treats and snacks, things you may have forgotten, like toothpaste, or even some quaint little arts and crafts that Sharon has made.
  There is a book shelf where you can borrow books or buy them for your visit - a small donation goes to a local animal charity. There is even a barn, with a nice table and lots of chairs where a group could play cards or eat, out of the wind. It has capability for little tea lights to go in a large chandelier type holder above the table to give mood, atmosphere and light. We will def be coming back, with all our friends, even the not so hardy ones, who can make use of the Glamping pitches. Thanks for a great site that accepts groups and allows fires.
